Sarah noticed snowflakes coming from space
Drifting, dancing, falling with grace
They soon covered everything with a blanket white
A ripped duvet of feathers light.
She only squealed with untampered joy
And before her mum said: “stop” - she was out the door.
She remembered the jacket but forgot the gloves
She also grabbed a hat with pompoms she loves.
Sarah ran quickly right into snow
And felt on her face wind’s chilly blows
Her mum in her footsteps ran with a snood
And warm gloves perfectly fitting the mood.
Then, mum did a twirl around her daughter in sno
Enjoying the spectacle of heavens and glow.
Leaving Sarah to horse around and play
It was a beautiful winter’s day!
Sarah studied every snowflake with care
Their intricate designs and nearly blinding glare
She then put millions of them into good use
Making a hearty snowman, a friend for a goose.
